There are many reasons why choosing to stay at Cavvanbah Beach House bed and breakfast is a great idea but one of the best reasons is its location. It's just a short stroll from the centre of the township of Byron Bay and enjoys direct access to beautiful Belongil beach. No crowds of people between you and the beach!

Situated on the Northern Rivers area of the north coast of New South Wales, and world-famous for its natural beauty, relaxed life style and alternative culture, Byron Bay enjoys a year-round subtropical climate with an average temperature of 25°C (77°F), which makes it close to perfect at any time of the year.

There's nowhere quite like Byron. Where else can you enjoy anything from international bands, whale watching, kayaking with the dolphins, fire-twirling, intricately crafted sand castles, some of the best surfing beaches in Australia, buskers, fabulous craft markets / alternative therapies, to top class restaurants and much more!

Directions
If driving and coming from the highway, take the first turn on the left after the 50kph sign coming into town (into Kendall St), and then the first turn on the right which is Cavvanbah Lane, and brings you to the parking area at the rear of the house. We are the fourth house along on the left - look for the blue house!
Please note: Cavvanbah Street is divided into two parts and you cannot drive right through, so if you take the turn closest to town you will be in the wrong end of Cavvanbah Street. There is also a map on our website which you may wish to print off and bring to assist you. If you come by airport transfer, tell the driver we are at the 'Belongil' end of Cavvanbah Street.

GPS:  If you are using a GPS navigation system it may not recognise our street name spelt with a 'double v' so you may need to try one with one ''v' (Cavanbah) or Kendall Street, the nearest cross street to ours.
