Low Season:
Cosy winter indulgence package in a romantic spa room with complimentary quality sparkling Australian wine, chocolates and continental breakfast hamper to have at your leisure in the privacy of your room. $140/night for 2 nights; $125/night for 3 nights; $115/night for 5 nights or more. Available mid-week only.
We accept most major credit cards.
- Rates are for a maximum of two people per room
- Special rates are available for longer stays and bookings for exclusive use of the entire beach house.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Minimum stays apply during certain periods - we usually have a two night minimum. Sometimes we can take a one night booking in between other bookings & within a week of arrival, so please ask.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required to confirm your booking. There is a $75 administration fee if you have to cancel all or part of your booking. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, the deposit is forfeit. Less than 7 days notice the total of the reserved accommodation is payable. The total tarrif is payble when a booking is secured by direct deposit or cash. Cancellations must be in writing.
If you change your plans and leave before the specified departure date you will forfeit your payment. The booked accommodation is held in good faith for the number of nights requested and other enquiries will have been declined.
The owners reserve the right to cancel any booking and provide a full refund, should any unforeseen circumstances arise.
We will be here to welcome you at your stated arrival time. If your arrival time changes you need to contact us prior to your arrival, or we may not be here to meet you.
The owners do not take any responsibility for loss or damage to your personal property or vehicle. You must lock your vehicle at all times and all doors & windows when away from your room.
Terms and Conditions

- Check out: 10.00am
- Early check-in and late check-out by arrangement
- Maximum of two people per room
- Cooking is not permitted in rooms
- All rooms are non-smoking
- Any loss, or damage incurred, is the responsibility of the person who makes the booking, and must be paid for prior to departure
- Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10.00pm
- Only registered guests are permitted on the premises
In paying the deposit or tariff you are accepting these terms and conditions.
While every attempt will be made to meet special requests, including for a specific room, there is no guarantee that such requests will be able to be met.
The management reserve the right to ask people to leave who do not comply with the terms and conditions, and no refund will be given. In the event that you do not settle your account for costs and expenses, such as unpaid rent, damages, extra cleaning, lost keys, late checkout, etc. prior to departure, your credit card will be debited.
